Prior to Hewlett Packard, Dov Managed the customer supportPrior to establishing AllTech Solutions Ltd., Mr. Covasnianu worked 23 years at Hewlett Packard where he managed complex and the Pre-sales for Racom Electronics, a reseller of Telecom solutions and software.Mr. Covasnianu holds an Engineer degree for Electronic and practical education from the Technion and BB degree from the College of Management Academic Studies for System Analysis and Business Administration.

Josh Barak has more than 20 years of experience in the software and telecommunication market.Prior to AllTech Solutions Ltd., he worked at Comverseas as Product Sales Expert (PSE) for Mobile Content Delivery line of products. Prior to Comverse, he worked at TTI Telecom as Solutions and Pre-Sales Manager, implementing Operational Support Systems Software for leading Telecom Operators such as Bellsouth, DT, KPN and BT.Prior to TTI, Joshua worked at RADCOM as the Director of Technology and pre-sales manager and have participated in several international conferences as a presenter and a lecturer. Before Radcom, Joshua worked 10 years as a software engineer. Mr. Barak holds an MBA degree from ArisonBusiness School, Inter-Disciplinary Center in Herzeliya, and a B.Sc degree in Mathematics / Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Prior to Radvision, eyal spent 6 years as Product management Director (Strategic Alliances), managing (from PM side) Polycom’s strategic alliances with leading vendor partners such as: IBM, ALCATEL-Lucent, Microsoft, Ericsson, Nortel.Before Polycom Eyal was product manager at Radcom after completing years of R&D positions as EE Engineer.Eyal holds Msc. In electrical engineering / signal processing from Technion, Haifa and Bsc. Electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to Tech Solutions, Sylvio served as Project Manager for NP (Number Portability) at Partner, his role included integration with the existing other platforms (like IN, VAS, Billing). Sylvio’s experience in this project includes: ITU-T/ETSI basic and supplementary telephony services, signalling inter-working and E1 connectivity.
